THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of Edgar George Money of Messrs Boustead Bros
5 Fenchurch Street London EC.
I give and bequeath to my son Edward Douglas Money all shares owned by me in all companies of which I am a director at the date of my death subject to the condition that he shall pay to my wife Alice Margaret Money during her lifetime all income and dividends from the said shares. My son shall however have the right at his sole discretion to sell any or all of the said shares subject to the condition that he shall invest the proceeds of all such sales in such securities as he may think fit and that he shall during the lifetime of my wife aforesaid pay to her all income derived from such securities. In the event of my son predeceasing my wife then the aforementioned shares and or other securities substituted for the same or any of them under the aforesaid provisions shall become the absolute property of my wife. In the event that my wife shall predecease my son then all the aforesaid shares and other securities shall become the absolute property of my son. I give and bequeath to my wife Alice Margaret Money the remainder of my property and possessions and monies and any monies due to me or to which I may have a contingent right at the date of my death. Subject to the payment of any debts owing by me and of the expenses of my funeral and I appoint her to be my residuary legatee. I appoint my son Edward Douglas Money to be sole EXECUTOR of this my will.

and be further known that at the date hereunder written the last Will and Testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that Administration of all the estate which by law evolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Edward Douglas Money of 5 Fenchurch Street aforesaid Esq. son of the said deceased the sole Executor named in the said Will
