Mayoress of Hendon.
The new Mayoress of Hendon Mrs S H Eagan was before her marriage Miss Gertrude Rands, daughter of the late Mr George Rands, of Northampton. She is a sister of Mr George William Rands, a member of the well-known firm of solicitors. Her marriage to Mr S H Egan, who is an architect by profession, took place in November 1902. Mr Egan is an Alderman of the Borough of Hendon and a Justice of the Peace for Middlesex. The late Mrs Harding, wife of Dr William Harding, formerly medical superintendent at Berrywood, Northampton was a sister of Mr Egan.
