Lady Elizabeth was the foundress of Clare College Cambridge and was married (I) to John de Burgh Earl of Ulster (2) to Theobald de Verdon and (3) to Sir Roger d' Amorie, by him she left issue Eleanor wife of John de Raleigh ancestor of Sir Walter Raleigh and Elizabeth. She died 1360
