The Will of Matthias Archibald Robinson 1 March 1834. This is the last Will and Testament of me Matthias Archibald Robinson of Cumberland Terrace Regents Park in the County of Middlesex gentleman I direct all my just debts to be paid out of my personal estate and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever both real and personal of every description I give devise and bequeath the same to my dearly beloved wife Mary Ann Thomasin Robinson and her heirs for her own sole and absolute use and benefit for ever and I so hereby constitute and appoint my said wife whole and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I the said Mathias Archibald Robinson have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this sheet of paper set my hand and seal this first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four. With the Will annexed of the goods chattels and credits of Matthias Archibald Robinson late of Cumberland Terrace Regents Park in the County of Middlesex Esq deceased was granted to Sir William Curtis Baronet a creditor of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer Mary Anne/ in the will written Ann / Thomasin Robinson Widow the relict the sole Executrix and universal legatee named in the said Will having first received the probate and execution thereof and also the Letters of Admon with the said Will annexed of the goods of the said deceased.
