William Wentworth BUCKNELL [22554]

Grand Parents/Parents of Horace Oswald Bucknell & further detail - By Pip (17/06/2014).

The original William Wentworth Bucknell came to Australia on the ship Adrian 1411011826.
He was born 09/0711814 at Holborn, London.
He married Susannah Froshney (According to family tree) 20112/1841 -& she died 0811011901; however according to the "Bucknell Book" Susannah was previously married to a Mr Barker. (Mrs Barker was widowed when she married W W Bucknell senior) and took her 2 children to America in 1856. When she returned to Australia she found W W Bucknell had remarried (to Susan Hopkins). So it is all a bit involved.

There were 2 children though at this time I am unsure if they were Bucknells or Barkers, though I would back it in that they were, Bucknelis:-
1) Thomas William Bucknell b 11/05/1837
2) Arthur Bucknell b 14/0911841 "

The second marriage was to Susan (or perhaps Susannah) Hopkins 16/0711857 and their children are as listed below. There were 10 children.

William next married Susannah HOPKINS [22567] [MRIN: 8110] on 17 Jul 1857. (Susannah HOPKINS [22567] was born about 1833 and died on 15 May 1911.)
