Roy Holland followed his father to sea, he is recorded as 1st Officer aboard the Pacific Exporter on a passage from Swansea to New York arriving 3 March 1943. He was aged 33, 5ft-10in height 175lbs weight. He had been 14 years at sea.
Roy is recorded as the Master on the Pacific Nomad on another voyage arriving Portland Oregon 28 August 1953.
