To his beloved and affectionate wife Emma all his household goods and chattels, (except for a life interest in his plate - then to son Edward.)
To his wife Emma £200 for her immediate necessities.
To his wife Emma a yearly annuity of £600.
Confirms the annuity of £500 to his son Edward John Bunny on his marriage.
To his son Edward John Bunny all his freehold and leasehold lands in trust
After the death of his wife an annuity to Charles Bunny of Highclere Hants of £20 per annum during his life, also to his niece Gertrude Browne daughter of his late sister Mary Ann Browne formally of Diss an annuity of £20 per annum during her life.
To his servant George Griffin and annuity of £20 during his natural life
his wife Emma and son Edward John Bunny to be Executors

The Will of Edward Brice Bunny late of Speen Hill in the parish of Speen in the County of Berkshire Esq deceased who died 10 September 1867 at Speen Hill aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Emma Bunny of Speen Hill aforesaid widow the relict and Edward John Bunny of Slinfold Lodge in the County of Sussex Esq the son the executors. Effects under £18,000 re-sworn at the stamp office July 1868 under £1600.
