Humphrey's children have been identified from the wills of others. His placement as the son of Humphrey Yongman was discussed earlier. He was called Humphrey Clarke when he and others requested to lease a vacant lot from the court for an annual rent of 16d on 8 Jun 1541.[1] Humphrey and Thomas Cranford had administrative responsibility in the estate of John Clenche of Wethersfield as mentioned in John's will dated 29 Dec 1544.[2] Humphrey was also an overseer in the will of John Ward of Wethersfield in 26 Oct 1546.[3]
Alice was not married at the time of her father's will on 4 Feb 1539 and she received animals.[4] She was also mentioned in her mother's will on 29 Aug 1541.[5]
