John and others received a lease for a messuage and garden in Wethersfield from Philip Gefford on 10 Jan 1465/66. On 21 Jun 1468, John witnessed the grant of land called Motonnyslane in Wethersfield. On 4 Sep 1473, John was called John Livermore Sr. when he, John Hayward, Alice Cranford, and others purchased 3 acres of land from Thomas Cranford and others on the road from Finchingfield to Braintree, bordering on the property called Lightwaters.
