Precis of the Will of James Edgar Jnr of Lingfield
Dated 20 May 1816
This is the last will and testament of me James Edgar the junior of the Lingfield in the county of Surrey Apothecary. I - payment of all my just gets funeral expenses and the Chargers of proving and attendant upon the execution of the trustee of this my will and I will devise and - all my real and personal estate property and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what I'm to James Standford of Haxted Hill in the parish of Lingfield Miller and Henry Austin of Crowhurst farmer and to the survivor of them his heirs and executors and administrators in trust that they together with my DL wife shall retain the same or such parts thereof as they together shall

I direct that one half of my property shall be at the disposal but the other half shall be for my children in such manner and time as hereafter in case my said wife
