I HUGH JONES ALSTON of 30 and 31 Bishopsgate Within Master Mariner hereby revoke all wills codicils and other testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever unto my brother Gilbert Rowland Alston and my sister Lilian Frances Fitzroy Alston their heirs executors administrators and assigns in equal shares as tenants in common and I appoint my brother Gilbert Rowland Alston sole EXECUTOR of this my Will
