This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Dare of Wild1 in the parish of Whitchurch Canonicorum county of Dorset. Yeoman
I give and bequeath unto Mary my wife the sum of £100 and also all and singular my household goods supplements of household and furniture whatsoever to and for her absolute use and disposal for ever.
I give and bequeath to each of my sons Bento, Uriah and Phocian £50 To my granddaughter Mary Peckett £20 To my grandson Thomas Dare son of my late son Thomas Dare deceased at age of 21 years the sum of £80 To my granddaughter of my said son Thomas Dare deceased at the age of 21 years or marriage £20 I leave the same unto my said grandson Thomas Dare I give and bequeath to each of my 2 grandchildren son and daughter of my late son Edward Dare deceased the sum of £50 I give devise and bequeath unto Mary my wife all and every my freehold messuage situate in the parish of Lyme Regis in the said county of Dorset during the term of her natural life After her decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto and to the use of my sons Bento and Uriah
