Dated 4 Sept 1705
The will of Thomas Alston Mariner of H.M.S. Mountague
I give to my friend David Miller, Mariner of H.M.S. Mountague all wages, short allowance, Water and Prize money which is or may be due to me at the time of my decease.
Also all debts legacies &c. owing to me, particularly by a will dated the 30th of last June made by Robert Pierrie Mariner of H.M.S. Mountague.
I appoint the said David Miller sole executor
