Will of Thomas Alstone of Owsden in Suffolk, Salesman,
To Ann Alston my wife all my Stock, Goods, Household Stuff, plate, Debts, and paying all funeral charges and bringing up my Daughter Ann with fit education till 21.
If the daughter die before 21 years of age then L10 to my Sister Elizabeth Alstone of Bury St. Edmunds
If the said Ann Alstone shall re-marry then to give bond to Mr. Daniel Wright of Owsden for the sum of L28 for my
Daughter Ann and halfe of my Stock, Household Stuffe &c first apprised by two Honest men to be paid to my daughter
Ann when 21
If she (the daughter Ann) marriage without the consent of my wife and Mr. Daniel Wright aforesaid they shall dispose of the sum of L20 at their will and pleasure
I appoint my wife Ann Alston to be my sole executrix
I appoint Mr. Daniel Wright Supervisor of this my last will and testament.
Written on three sheets of paper Dated 8th Septr. 8th year of William the third.
