Will of John Kerin.
4 March 1873.
The last Will and Testament of the Rev John Kerin of Ardfert in the County of Kerry. I leave and bequeathed to my beloved wife Elizabeth Kerin part of the Minor Cannons Glebe which I purchased from the Commissioners of Church Temporalities and which I now have in my possession. I also leave my wife any other property in land or chattels I may have at my death \endash trusting that she will manage the little means she may have with discretion and that good sense which she always showed in the management of her affairs \endash for her own benefit and that of our children I have effected an insurance on my life in the Crown Office for the sum of £150 Stg and desire that the proceeds of said insurance be applied to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and the residue if any I leave to my said wife Elizabeth Kerin.

Letters of Administration (with the Will and one Codicil annexed) of the personal estate of the Rev John Kerin late of Ardfert co Kerry Clerk deceased who died 4 Mar 1873 at same place were granted at Limerick to Elizabeth Kerin of Ardfert aforesaid the Widow and Residuary Legatee.
