Robert described as a farmer died aged 79, his death was reported at Sudbury by his son George, also a farmer of Hadleigh.

2nd inst., deservedly lamented and sincerely respect it, Mr Robert Fenn, of Hadleigh, in this county, farmer, in the 80th year of his age.

Robert was buried with his wife.

Robert Fenn of Hadleigh Suffolk,farmer,
An inventory of goods and farming stock to be made, and executors to carry on my farm until Old Michaelmas after my decease, then to sell the rest of the lease held of Mr Thomas Woodward, of my farm and land in Hadleigh. . . . . also the household goods,farming stock etc., From the money, to my sons and daughters, Robert Fenn, Mary wife of Pilbrow Grimwade of Bildeston, carpenter, John Fenn, Ann wife of John Whisley Ayers of Hadleigh, yeoman, and Josiah Fenn, L5 each and no more having had their full share. . . . .
Rest of money and personal estate to my other sons and daughters George Fenn, Hannah, wife of Robert Sallows of Hadleigh, grocer, Elisabeth and Charles Fenn, (the L100 advanced to Elizabeth is part of her share.
My son George Fenn executor,my daughter Elizabeth Fenn executrix.

Codicil dated.25th Maroh 1834.
