en William SEAW ELL of Pebmarsh, gentleman, and Elizabeth his wife, of the first part, and Francis Freeman of Redgrave, Suffolk, gentleman (father of said Elizabeth) and Thomas Burton, of the second part. SEAWELL, for settlement, grants to Freeman and Burton a messuage called Constables, and premises, 10 acres, and a cottage and pasture, in Bardwell, Essex, in the tenure of Edward Auger - viz., to SEAWELL for life, to Elizabeth for jointure, to their issue, and in default to right heirs of SEAWELL for ever.
