St Thomas, Middle Island.
In the Churchyard.
Here lies interred the body of Mrs Susanna the wife of Captn James Phipps, of ye island of St Christopher, and only daughter of Captn Robert Clarke late of ye said island deceased, who departed this life ye 17th day of October in the ye year of our Lord 1686, being ye one and thirtieth year of her age.
