Richard BAKER [35011]

  General Notes:

Richard variously worked on the Bristol Docks as a Ropeman, later a Stevedore and crane driver.

At his daughter Gladys wedding he was working for The Great Western Railway.

Sadly he was a poor provider and drank and the family lived in poor conditions.

Richard married Blanche KILMINSTER [35012] [MRIN: 12628], daughter of John KILMINSTER [35045] and Hester [35049], in 1901 in Bristol GLS. (Blanche KILMINSTER [35012] was born on 29 Jan 1872 in Pill SOM and died in 1950 in Bristol SOM.)

Richard next married Mary COLE [35046] [MRIN: 12636], daughter of James COLE [35047] and Unknown, on 22 Oct 1884 in Bristol Registery Office. (Mary COLE [35046] was born in 1865 in Bedminster GLS and died on 12 Apr 1900 in Bristol.)
