Description: (i) Robert Fullere and John Coteras, both of Melford to (ii) John Sydey and Thomas Sewale of Pebmarsh. Quitclaim of all right of (i) in all those lands, tenements, rents and services which were formerly of John Carte - of Pebmarsh, viz. two tenements with buildings, eleven crofts of land, one piece of meadow and one marsh plot in ....ston and Colne Engaine, which (i) held jointly with (ii) by the feoffment of John Coteras of Pebmarsh and Thomas Melne of Halstead, the said two tenements (?) being called Carters and Julianes.
