Alston Eliza 28 February 1865. The Will with a codicil of Eliza Alston formally of Crosby Square in the City of London but late of Calton Hill East St Johns Wood in the County of Middlesex Widow deceased who died 27 November 1864 at Calton Hill East aforesaid was proved at the Principal Registry by the oaths of Thomas Rowland Alston of 30 Bishopsgate St in the said City Silversmith the son and Timothy Surr of 12 Abchurch Lane in the said city Gentleman the executors.
Effects under £5000. Re-sworn at the Stamp office April 1865 under £6000.
