My dear Harry
When Maude Anderson was married to Mr Morgan on the 31st of last month she executed a Settlement of which her sister Alice Elizabeth Anderson (Ailsie) her brother Alfred John Anderson, myself and my son Hubert F Ling were appointed Trustees and the Settlement contains an agreement that all real and personal property (if any) not therein before settled to which Agnes Maude Anderson should at any time during her then intended coverture become entitled for any estate or interest whatsoever in possession or reversion or otherwise, except jewels trinkets ornaments of the person plate linen China furniture pictures Prince books and other articles of the like nature and accept also any legacy or other property acquired at one and the same time not exceeding in amount or value the sum of £100 should so soon as circumstances would admit and at the cost of the trust estate be assured and transferred into or otherwise vested in the Trustees.
I think it right to give you this intimation in case this after acquired clause in the Settlement should apply to Maude's Interest under her Grand father's (the Rev E see Alston's) Will so perhaps you will kindly keep this Notice by you.
