The Will of William Alston of Polsted Yeoman
Dated 5th March 1753.
First I give unto my Grandson William Laws L5
I give to Henry Laws of Brisett in Suffolk Yeoman and Elizabeth his wife and also to my Sons Daniel Alston and Robert Alston the sum of One Shilling a piece and no more
I give to my Grandson William Alston only Son of my Son William Alston L10
All the rest and residue of my personal Estate whatsoever I shall die possessed of Interested in or in any respect Intitled unto I give and bequeath to my said Son William Alston his Executors and Assigns
I appoint my Son William Alston Sole Executor of this my Will, and to pay all my just Debts
