A John Fenn was buried 29 Aug 1770 Hadleigh, this is provisionally taken to be this John Fenn depending upon a full date of the Will

Will of John Fenn of Hadleigh Suffolk.
THE WILL dated 1770 of John Fenn of Hadleigh farmer was Proved 30 Nov 1771 at Essex Record Office by Mary FENN, his second wife.
John FENN, appointed his wife as executor as well as John WHIMPER, Blacksmith, asking that they make an inventory of his personal belongings. His chest of drawers and the looking glass were to go to his wife, Mary. Fifty Pounds was bequeathed to Joseph BIRD, his wife's son from her former marriage, when aged 21 years, with the responsibility of John Whimper to use the same for Joseph's maintenance and to put him "out to business". The residual estate went to "my three children" John aged 13, Ann 11 and Robert 12 respectively.
Attesting witnesses to the Will were "John Burrell" and "Geo Aldridge, Maltster".
