THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me WILLIAM PATRICK DESMOND VESEY WILLIAM FITZGERALD of Inchioronan Frinton on Sea in the County of Essex made this 4th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty two I hereby revoke all wills heretofore made by me I appoint John Vesey Fitzgerald of 19 Draycott Avenue Chelsea London in the County of Middlesex to be EXECUTOR of this my will I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath unto Miss Edith Dale Haverfield the house and site called Number 2 Handside Close at Welwyn Garden City in the County of Hertfordshire she may dispose of it when and how she chooses Miss Theodora Vesey Fitzgerald my sister I bequeath the house "Inchicronan" Frinton on Sea with all its garden and everything appertaining thereto Miss Mary M Fox The sum of two hundred pounds Miss E D Haverfield the remainder of my money however much or little it may be
