IN THE Supreme Court of New South Wales, Probate Jurisdiction. In the Estate of James Howell Paul Herring, late of Riverstone, in the colony of New South Wales, Farmer, deceased, intestate. Application will be made after fourteen days from the publication hereof that Letters of Administration of the Estate of the abovenamed Deceased may be granted to George Evans, the duly-constituted Attorney under the Power of Attorney of Jon Jonathan Herring, of Terrington, St. Clements, in the county of Norfolk, in England, Market Gardener.
