While it is tempting to see the use of Julius in a name as a strong suggestion Robert Julius belongs to the family of Alfred & Leila Luedecke, Julius is a common christian name in Germany from where the Luedecke's originate.
There is a Texas Family with a Robert J Luebeck, born Texas by Henry & Julia, whose dates closely mirror Alfred & Leila's family they are not related in my view at least at this level.
