THIS IS THE LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of me CONSTANCE BURNEY of No.6 West Bolton Gardens London S.W. widow
I revoke all former wills and testamentary writings
I apooint my sons Frederic d'Arblay Burney and Alexander Ronald Burney and Walter Harry Wilson Cruttwell of Prome in the county of Somerset solicitor to be the Executors of this my will I give and bequeath unto the said Frederic d'Arblay Burney Alexander Ronald Burney and Walter Harry Wilson Cruttwell hereinafter called my trustees all my effects money and securities for money real and personal estate (except the furniture plate and household effects hereinafter mentioned) over which I have power of disposition or appointment by will Upon trust to pay over and transfer to each and every of my four sons of the name of Burney an equal share of my said real and personal estate the same being divided into as many equal shares as the number of my sons of the name of Burney the issue of any of my said four sons of the name of Burney who may die in my lifetime to stand in the place of such deceased son I give to my said son Frederic d'Arblay Burney all my furniture plate and household effects I declare that the said Walter Harry Wilson Cruttwell shall be entitled to make and be paid out of my estate the proper professional charges for work done by him in proving and administering my will
IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my Land this sixth day of October One thousand eight hundred and ninety nine
