EDGAR LEOPOLD CALTHROP LAYARD, Deceased. Pursuant to the Law of Property Amendment Act, 1859 (22 and 23 Viet., c. 35). NOTICE is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debts, claims or demands upon or against the estate of Edgar Leopold Calthrop Layard, late of Dark-lane House, Budleigh Salterton, in the county of Devon, deceased (who died on the 14th day of February, 1921, and whose will was proved by the Public Trustee, the sole executor therein named, on the 20th day of April, 1921, in the Principal Probate Registry), are hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts, claims or demands to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said executor, on or before the 1st day'of July, 1921; and notice is hereby also given, that after that date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the parties entitled thereto, haying regard only to the claims and demands of which the said executor shall then have notice; and that he will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so distributed, to any person or persons of whose debts, claims or demands he shall not then have had notice.
