Dorothy Mary (Atkinson) Fisher 1899-? Dorothy was the only child of Ada Plaxton and Thomas William Atkinson. She married David Fisher (1902-1986) an engineer in 1921 in Devonport, when he was 21 and she 22yrs old. David's father is described as a Royal Navy Pensioner on the marriage certificate. My grandmother Ruth kept in touch with her cousin throughout her life and had several photographs of her which suggests that Ada's and JW's respective families were close for some time.
Dorothy and David Fisher had one child, Dorothy Iris, who married Ian James Lumsden, a GP. They emigrated to Australia in the 1960's.
