Isaac Alston of Chelsea, Middlesex. Gent. batchelor about 21 and Mrs Mary Seale of St Dunstan in the West, spinster, about 21, her mothers consent, at St Sepulchre London. 11 Sept 1672.
Isaac was said to have begun the "New House" at Edwardstone but did not live to complete it. He died intestate.

Complainant was seised of several messuages in Ball Alley in the parish of All Hallows', Lombard Street, leased at yearly rents to various persons. The defendant has taken up the years remaining of a lease held by one Elizabeth Hadwell, and now refuses to sign the deeds.
