The sale and purchase of Quicks and Priory Farms from Anne Hare to Walter Waring
Mentioned Francis Hare (Naylor) Esquire, Anne Hare of Hampton Middlesex spinster (Margaret's daughter), Walter Waring of Edwardston Grove Suffolk Esquire, Margaret Hare late of New Street Spring Garden St Martin in the Fields Middlesex widow deceased, Robert Hare - Margaret's son, John Lepure of Old Ford Middlesex Esquire, Sarah Hare of Hampton spinster
Following Margaret Hare's death (and a recap of her will) Walter Waring contracted for the absolute purchase of the messuages and lands etc. named Quicks and Priory Farm from Anne Hare
Agreement between John Lepure (first part), Anne Hare (second part), Sarah Hare (third part), and Walter Waring (fourth part) for £4,550 purchase money
Walter Waring expected to pay John Lepure in discharge of a mortgage and incumbrance
Francis Hare discharged the hereditaments and premises sold by Anne Hare to Walter Waring, for £1,000 given to him by the will of Margaret Hare
For a consideration of 10 shillings paid by Walter Waring to Francis Hare, Walter Waring his heirs etc are exonerated from any claims or demands whatsoever made by the said Francis Hare his heirs etc.
