2. Peter Johnson: Will, 25 Oct 1910. This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Johnson of Garret Street, Wellington, New Zealand, in the Dominion of New Zealand.
I hear by revoke all Wills and Testamentary instrument's heretofore made by me. I appoint my son Arthur Johnson, accountant, of Wellington, New Zealand, and my daughter, Elizabeth Jane Munro, of Palmerston North, New Zealand to be the executors of this my Will. I direct my executors to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses.
I give and bequeath that section of land fronting on Garret Street, and measuring seventy eight feet by a width of thirty feet, being part of town Acre150 and bearing No 9185 in the Deed's Registry Office, Wellington. Also the buildings erected thereon, to the whole of my family, the same to be sold and the proceeds to be divided equally between my daughters, Alice, Emma, Elizabeth, Edith and Mabelle, and my sons William, Charles and Arthur.
I direct also that the whole of the furniture contained in the said house shall become the property of my daughter Mabelle.
Witness my hand this twenty fifth day of October 1910.
