1. Louisa Jane Layard: Will, 4 Aug 1911. THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me LOUISA JANE MARGARY of The Hollies Tunbridge Wells in the County of Sussex Widow First I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid I appoint my son Arthur Clement Margary and my son in law Harold Charles Wilson EXECUTORS of this my will and I give my said son fifty pounds for his trouble I give my son Aubyn Francis Margary fifty pounds if surviving at the time of my death I give my household goods and furniture and other personal effects unto and amongst such of my daughters who may survive me and who shall not have been married at the time of my decease in equal shares and I direct that the foregoing legacies and bequests shall be free of legacy duty and subject to any appointments made in my lifetime I direct and appoint that the share or shares which under the trusts of my Marriage Settlement would in default of any testamentary appointment by me have devolved after my decease upon any of my children who may have died in my lifetime leaving no issue me surviving stall go and belong to such of my daughters who may survive me and who shall not have been married at the time of my decease but in all other respects I expressly abstain from exercising any testamentary powers of appointment between my children over any trust funds And as to all the residue of my own absolute property whatsoever and wheresoever I give devise and bequeath the same unto and amongst such of my daughters who may survive and be still unmarried at the time of my decease in equal shares as tenants in common I give my daughter Phazre the silver watch once belonging to my deceased son Augustus Raymond Margary I give my daughter Mrs Harold Wilson the Buddah shell given to me by my son Augustus Raymond Margary And I hereby revoke all former wills by me made IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of August one thousand nine hundred and eleven L.
