Chenery on E.; 7 pieces of arable land (14a.) lying in Brookfield; 4 pieces of meadow containing 3a. in all, lying in Orchard Meadow; piece of meaodw called High Bramble meadow (4a.) and 3 pieces of meadow (2a.) lying in Shafford Meadow, all being in Gt. Cornard, Lt. Cornard and Assington (all co. Suff.), in occupation of John Davy of GREAT Cornard, yeo., and all other property of John Crispe, Daniel Partridge and Mary Partridge fomerly belonging to John Brand (sic), in occupation of Joseph SEWELL and John Davy

(i) to stand seized of property to his own use until his marraige with Margaret Scarlin, daughter of Roger Scarlin, thereafter to use of himself and his wife for life in survivorship, with successive remainders to the issue of the marraige and the heirs of (i)
